It's paying respect to an older tradition.
The Black Bull Threshing festival is set to return to Offaly this weekend.
The event will be held this Sunday in Birr, and pays tribute to an old tradition of harvesting grain.
This year will be unique with the use of a steam engine to do the threshing rather than the usual tractors.
The festival will feature a variety of traditional Irish elements, such as butter making, vintage machinery and an exhibition of an old Irish cottage and farm yard.
