10 community groups, working with migrants and refugees, in the midlands are getting €45,000 in funding.
Mountrath Scouts, Athlone African Community Group and Tullamore Camogie Club will receive 5,000 each from the Communities Integration Fund.
Nationally 111 projects will benefit from the €500,000 fund, for celebrating cultural diversity in our society.
