A man has died following an incident involving a car in Westmeath.
Emergency services attended the scene in Coralstown, Kinnegad shortly after 8 o'clock last night.
He suffered serious injuries while working on a car.
The 23-year-old was taken to the Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore where he was later pronounced dead.
A file will be prepared for the local coroner’s office.
