25,800 people received the payment, compared to 28,100 this day last week.
10,300 are in receipt of the money in Westmeath, followed by 7,900 in Offaly, and 7,600 in Laois.
In total, 543,200 people around the country will get the payment, at a cost of 190.2 million euro.
