634 'high priority' children including 39 in the Midlands have not been allocated a social worker by Tusla. 

They are among more than 5,100 kids living in the community who haven't been assigned one. 

A further 202 children in state care in the Midlands have not been allocated a social worker, according to Tusla's latest figures.
