The project will consist of two storey houses.
Conditional planning permission is being granted for 90 new homes in an Offaly town, almost a year after the initial application was submitted.
Newlyn Homes Limited submitted the proposal last March, with Offaly County Council requesting more information in May, but it has taken 11 months for a final decision.
The development is due to be built in Tyrells Lane, Edenderry and will consist of entirely two storey houses.
