The home was found to be compliant or substantially compliant in all 11 areas.
A homely and welcoming atmosphere, with residents saying their days are purposeful and fun-filled.
That's how HIQA inspectors are describing Bethany House Nursing Home in Tyrrellspass, in its latest report.
The nursing home was found to be compliant or substantially compliant in all 11 areas inspected during two days in October.
Residents told the Health Watchdog they like the food at the home, and find it comfortable.
Some also noted the staff help them "at all times."
Inspectors noted the communal spaces were well-maintained and inviting, with some corridors decorated with beautiful streetscape murals, replicating street views of Tyrrellspass.
However, HIQA pointed out there was only one window in four rooms, and in three rooms, the position of the privacy curtain was too close to the bed.
It also found in four twin-bed rooms, there were no privacy curtains in place.
In response to this, the nursing home says works to address these issues are due to take place this month.
