Offaly County Council says the R438 at Anglers Rest on the Tipperary/Offaly border and Botley Lane, Portarlington L50151 are now opened to the public,
The local authority says it regrets any inconvenience caused by these essential closures and they are continuing to actively monitor water levels and roads will be reopened once it is safe to do so.
