Aer Lingus pilots are due to start their work to rule action from midnight.
Aircraft positioning and rotation will cause more disruption than the pilots during an ongoing dispute in Aer Lingus.
That's according to the owner of Cloud 9 travel in Tullamore, Jackie Spain, as the airline has begun its meeting with the Labour Court today.
As things stand, the pilots will begin a work-to-rule from midnight in a row over pay, including an 8-hour stoppage on Saturday.
Ms Spain says Aerlingus have consolidated routes with a lot of regular flights, to help keep typical holiday destinations operational:
