Thelma Denanny and her Mikey died following a car fire in Westmeath.
A book of evidence has been served on a woman charged with the murder of her two children in September of last year.
Lynn Egar, Winetown, Rathowen, County Westmeath, was not produced at Mullingar District Court yesterday, with the book of evidence instead being served on her solicitor.
Ms. Egar is charged with the murders of her two children, Thelma Denanny, 5, and Mikey Denanny, 2, who suffered fatal injuries in a car fire in Multyfarnham on the 9th of September 2022.
The case has been returned for trial at the present sittings of the Central Criminal Court.
