Irish Rural Link is calling for the public consultation period on the rehabilitation of two bogs in Offaly to be extended.
Bord na Móna closed submissions on the draft plans to re-develop the Oughter and Pollagh Bogs on Sunday.
However, Irish Rural Link says many of their members were only made aware of this consultation last Friday.
