The National Lottery is heading to a Westmeath store today to celebrate the sale of a winning ticket.
The Lotto Plus 2 ticket was bought in Mulligan's Londis on the Roscommon Road in Athlone, on Saturday.
The owner of the ticket has since come forward, and arrangements are being made for them to collect their pize.
Spokesperson for the National Lottery, Sarah Orr, says it's the biggest prize the shop has sold:
