Convicted Murderer Of Westmeath Couple Freed After 20 Years

Seamus Dunne served all of his double life sentence.

A man convicted of murdering a Westmeath couple 23 years ago has been released from prison. 

Seamus Dunne was jailed for shooting Vincent and Mary Cully in Mullingar in 1997 during an argument over pebbledash stones.

He has been released after serving his full double life sentence. 

The Irish Daily Star reports that he is now living in a halfway house in north Dublin.
