Gardaí stopped two cars in west Dublin on Friday evening, and follow-up searches in Portlaoise and Dublin led to further cash seizures.
Two men, in their 40s and 60s, respectively, were arrested and charged, and will appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice at 10.30am this morning.
A woman in her 50s was also arrested on Friday in relation to the seizures - she's since been released without charge, with a file being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
