62 grants were approved by the Housing Department overall.
The Housing Department approved 62 Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant applications in the Midlands in the first three months of this year.
The overall of the grant money issued in the region over the course of Q1 of 2025 comes to €1.8 million.
The majority of that comes from Laois where 20 projects were approved and €1.1 million worth of grants was issued.
20 projects got the green light in Westmeath worth €465,000.
And there were 22 projects approved in Offaly, where €270,000 was granted.
