The two-year-old's family needs to raise €330k for treatment in the States.
Over 80 thousand euro has been raised for a midlands boy to have "life-changing" surgery.
Offaly's Joey Conway, who's two, was diagnosed with Portal Hypertension last year, which has life-threatening symptoms.
His family says he's also had two episodes of Sepsis since March 2022, but Joey continues to be the funniest two year old boy with the biggest smile and most contagious laugh.
He needs surgery in Chicago, which will bypass the obstruction and restores normal portal flow into the liver.
The family says in total the procedure will cost around 330 thousand euro, and would be both life saving and life changing.
Anyone who wishes to donate can do so here.
