A High Court judge warned him yesterday he would be returned to prison if he went to the school.
Enoch Burke has returned to Wilson’s Hospital School this morning, just a day after being released from Mountjoy Prison.
He had been jailed for contempt of court for breaching a High Court order barring him from the school grounds.
His dispute with the school dates back to 2022, following his suspension and subsequent dismissal.
Security staff at the school gate are not allowing him to enter, and Gardaí are aware of his presence.
