The family of Ferbane's Ivan Rosney is to appear in a RTE documentary into the psychiatric care crisis in Irish prisons.
The family of an Offaly father is still seeking the publication of a report on the circumstances of his death in prison.
Ferbane's Ivan Rosney was admitted to Cloverhill Prison instead of Portlaoise Hospital in 2020 despite having schizophrenia.
He later died while being restrained by officers on the way to his hearing in Mullingar District Court, with the report on his death having been complete since October 2024.
His daughter Courtney is speaking out on the family's trauma in a new RTE Investigates programme looking into a psychiatric care crisis in Irish prisons.
