Those in custody were brought before Tullamore District Court this afternoon.
The four men arrested in relation to a violent incident in Offaly yesterday have appeared in court.
The men - one in his late teens, two aged in their 20s, and one in his late 40s - were charged after public order and criminal damage incidents in Arden View, Tullamore yesterday afternoon.
A man in his early 40s received serious, but non life-threatening head injuries and was taken to Midlands Regional Hospital.
A car was also damaged during the incident and a number of weapons have been seized.
Those in custody were brought before Tullamore District Court this afternoon.
