The searches were related to a number of recent incidents in the area.
Four men have been arrested after 90,000 euro in drugs were seized in Laois.
Approximately 84,000 euro worth of cocaine and about 6,000 euro in tablets were discovered by gardaí after a number of searches in Portlaoise on Saturday.
The searches - carried out by Laois detectives, Laois Drugs Unit, Portlaoise Uniformed units and the Regional Armed Support Unit - were related to a number of incidents that recently occurred in the Portlaoise area.
One man in his 40s, two aged in their 20s and a teenager were arrested and detained at Portlaoise and Tullamore Garda Stations.
They were subsequently charged to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice in Dublin today.
