Last years recipients were Mary McAleese and Brian Cowen.
Four Westmeath men are being recognised for their commitment to Irish Culture and Heritage at this year's Fleadh.
Mick Foster and Tony Allen, from Foster and Allen, along with Mullingar songwriters Seán and Frank O'Meara, who wrote "Grace", are to receive the Gradam Na hÉigse Award from Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Éireann.
The awards ceremony was held at the Cathedral Of Christ The King.
They will be joined by last year's recipients, former President Mary McAleese and former Taoiseach and Offaly's Brian Cowen, in accepting the award.
