Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of a missing Westmeath teenager.
Melissa McDonnell, who was last seen on Monday, is described as being approximately 5 foot 2 inches in height with a thin build, blonde hair and blue eyes.
She was wearing light blue leggings a crop top, a khaki green gilet, black Runners and a white handbag.
It's believed the 16-year-old may have travelled from Mullingar to Carlow Town.
Anyone with any information on Melissa's whereabouts are asked to contact Mullingar Garda station on 044 938 4000, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
