Gardaí have conducted multiple searches over a near 30 year period.
Gardaí are renewing an appeal for information on the disappearance of Offaly woman, Fiona Pender.
She was last seen in Tullamore in the early hours of Friday, August 23rd, 1996.
In the 28 years since Fiona Pender's disappearance, Gardaí have undertaken an extensive investigation and have carried out a large number of searches in the surrounding areas, but officers say there's been no trace of the part-time model.
While arrests were made in relation to this case, no charges were ever brought.
The then 25-year-old was living at Church Street, Tullamore and was seven and a half months pregnant, when she was seen.
She is described as being 5'5 with long blonde hair and was last seen wearing bright coloured clothing and white leggings.
Her mum Josephine, who passed away in 2017, had campaigned tirelessly for information about the whereabouts of her only daughter, after losing her husband in 2000 and her son Mark a year before Fiona went missing.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone that met or saw Fiona, or has any information in relation to her disappearance to come forward.
They're also asking anyone who may have previously come forward who felt they could not provide Gardaí with all the information they had to get in touch again.
