Government interventions are behind unfair rent price disparity in the Midlands.
That's what Offaly County Councillor Ken Smollen is saying after he found and posted a Tullamore property online that cost €2,500 per month.
The Independent rep says current prices are extortionate and that depending on where you are the income threshold for social housing changes dramatically:
