Ms Hackett is running in Offaly after missing out on a seat in the last election.
A green party vote in Offaly is a vote for improved transport services.
That's the Pippa Hackett message as she campaigns for one of three seats in the constituency.
The Minister of State for Agriculture missed out on a seat in the 2020 election after picking up just under 3,500 first preference votes in Laois/Offaly.
Ms Hackett subsequently filled the Seanad seat left vacant by Grace O'Sullivan when she was elected to the European Parliament.
