Revenue found about €10,000 worth of herbal cannabis in two packages in Portlaoise Mail Centre.

The illegal drugs originated in the United states and were declared as ‘Toys’ and were destined for addresses in Dublin.

And than €23,500 worth of the substance in six separate parcels in the Dublin facility.

Yesterday, Revenue seized 14,600 illegal cigarettes from a male passenger in Cork Airport.
