A hub to help migrant parents adapt to Irish culture is being launched in the midlands this weekend.
Lucy Alexia Dube has created the Alexia Press Hub, which she hopes can be used to offer support, education and training to those relocating to Ireland.
The event, which aims to help families transition to a new countries lifestyle, will take place tomorrow in the Sheraton Hotel in Athlone at 12pm.
She moved to Athlone from Zimbabwe 13 years ago and says it is important for parents to remember just because their parenting style is different, it doesn't mean it is wrong:
