Increase In Addiction And Mental Health Problems Among Midlands Homeless

The national homelessness figure has surpassed 10,000 for the first time in over two years.

The Midlands Simon Community has seen an increase in homeless people dealing with addiction and mental health.

The latest figures show 83 people are homeless in the midlands.

Nationally, people accessing emergency accommodation surpassed 10,000 for the first time in over two years.
