Internal Review Into Practices At HSE Mortuaries After Mix-Up In Westmeath

The Serious Incident Management Team of the Ireland East Hospital Group has been convened.

A Longford/Westmeath TD is satisfied that an internal review of practices in HSE mortuaries is an appropriate response to an incident at Mullingar Regional Hospital.
