It happened in Longford Town yesterday morning.
A man in his 50's has died at a Midlands leisure centre following a medical incident.
Gardai and emergency services were called to the scene at the Mall's Coral Leisure Centre in Longford town yesterday morning at around twenty to eleven.
The man, received treatment at the scene of the incident and was the taken to Midlands Regional Hospital Mullingar where he was later pronounced dead.
The Health and Safety Authority and the local coroner have been notified, with a post mortem examination due to take place.
