An average primetime commercial on the station is heard by 20,000 adults in Laois Offaly and Westmeath up 2,000 since last May.
Sales Director Emer Egan says the report shows three-quarters of Irish adults are listening to radio every day while just 3% of adults listen to podcasts daily:
