An analysis of the website found Westmeath boasts the largest proportion of those, with a figure of 31.
That's followed by 13 in Laois, and just eight properties in Offaly.
Figures from the Residential Tenancies Board last week found the average cost of rent for new tenants in the region was above €1,100.
