Over €132m has been allocated by the County Council.
Laois Councillors are set to boost their budget for 2026.
Over €132m will be provided to support key areas in the county, which is a 7.4% increase on last year.
The Housing and Building allocation has grown by €3.1m to €41.5m, with €31.3m to be allocated to Road Transport and Safety.
Environmental Services budget has seen a €1.4 million rise compared to last year, with the Development Management budget growing by €1.3m to a total of €15.2m.
Further funding includes €4m for Water Services, Recreation and Amenity will receive €9m for Recreation and Amenity, Miscellaneous Services will get €15.4m and €900,000 will be distributed for Agriculture, Education, Health and Welfare.
