The funeral of a Laois father and son who passed away in Turkey is due to take place today.
36-year-old Eoin Fitzpatrick and his ten-year-old son Dylan, who were from Portlaoise, died after their scooter collided with a bus in the resort of Alanya last Monday.
A joint funeral mass will be held in St. Peter and Paul's Church in Portlaoise at 12 o'clock today, followed by burial in St. Peter and Paul's Cemetery.
