A number of people have already been charged but gardaí are looking for witnesses.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to a robbery in Laois last month.
Portlaoise Detective Unit is investigating after a person was robbed in Mountmellick on Saturday 18th July.
The incident occurred between 10 and 10.30pm at College Avenue, and gardaí are looking for anyone who walked through College Avenue, College View or Smiths Field and may have notices an assault taking place or suspicious activity.
