It was also discovered to be out of tax for four years.
The driver of a truck has been arrested in Laois after they were found to not have the correct license to operate the HGV.
When stopped by the Laois Roads Policing Unit the motorist gave false details and it was later discovered the truck had not been taxed in four years.
The lorry was seized by Gardaí near Ballacolla and the driver has been charged to appear before Portlaoise District Court.
