A Laois library is hosting a ‘Skills for Life’ event this evening.
The talk will be delivered by Pauline Bunyan of South Leinster Money Advice and Budgeting Service, at Abbeyleix Library from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, covering topics such as understanding payslips, setting up utilities, and managing household bills.
Attendees will receive simple cost-saving tips, particularly relevant amid rising fuel prices, followed by an open Q&A session.
The event is free, open to all, and requires no booking.
