Jim Phelan from Stradbally has been living in Baltimore for the last 14 years.
He always wanted to create his own, authentic Irish bar, and has made his dream come true after converting the basement of his house.
While things are quiet now thanks to covid-19, Jim says it often attracts 50 or 60 of their friends from the area:
