A grieving mum is vowing to continue her campaign for safer maternity services in the midlands.

Roisin Molloy gave birth to baby Mark in Portlaoise eight years ago - but he died shortly afterwards following mistakes made in their care.

She successfully lobbied Taoiseach Leo Varadkar to introduce a National Maternity Strategy but only a fraction of the money promised is being provided
