The majority of people surveyed also have trust in Gardaí
81% of people don't believe that local crime is a serious issue.
That's according to the Garda Public Attitudes Survey 2022, released today.
It also revealed that 63% have "no or very few fears" of local crime.
90% of people said that they trust Gardaí and agreed that Gardaí treat people with respect.
