He's been remanded in custody since his court appearance in Tullamore last week.
The man charged with the murder of Ashling Murphy is back in court today.
31 year old Jozef Puska, with an address at Lynally Grove, Mucklagh, Co. Offaly, had appeared before a special sitting of Tullamore District Court last Wednesday and remanded in custody since.
He's accused of murdering the 23 year old teacher, who was running along the Grand Canal in Tullamore, on January 12th.
The Slovakian national, who's been granted the use of an interpreter for the proceedings, will be appearing before Cloverhill District Court in Dublin later this morning.
