A man - who received a ban from driving last month - has been caught on the roads of Laois again.
He was brought before Portlaoise District Court in March for driving with no insurance and disqualified for four years.
He was detected driving by the Laois Road Policing Unit last night, and has been arrested and charged to appear before the courts again.
There was also an outstanding warrant for the his arrest and the vehicle was seized.
