It's expected that the DPP will be ready to give details of their case against Mr. Puska today.
The man charged with the murder of Ashling Murphy is due to appear in court for the fourth time today.
31-year-old Jozef Puska of Lynally Grove, Mucklagh, Co. Offaly last appeared at Cloverhill District Court on February 9th via videolink, but the judge was told the DPP’s directions were not yet available.
It's expected that the public prosecutor will be ready to give details of their case against Mr. Puska later.
He's been in custody since being arrested and charged with the murder of the 23-year-old teacher last month.
