Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to the collision, which occurred yesterday afternoon.
A man is in a serious condition in hospital following a crash in Offaly.
A minibus and a car collided on the N80 between Tullamore and Derryclune shortly after 3pm yesterday afternoon.
The driver of the car, a man in his 80s, was taken to the Midlands Regional Hospital Tullamore for treatment - his condition is understood to be serious.
The occupants of the minibus did not require treatment.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses with camera or dashcam footage to come forward.
