The Community Support Fund will help the facilities with their energy bills.
Midlands community centres and parish halls are set to receive nearly €900,000 in energy bill supports.
The Community Support Fund will provide small grants to local groups hosting events in the facilities, such as Men's Sheds, Women's Sheds and social clubs.
Offaly has been allocated the most in the region, with €298,000.
Laois and Westmeath are set to benefit from €291,000 each.
