Midlands Commuters Offered Chance To Shape Future Of Rural Public Transport

The Connecting Ireland Rural Mobility Plan will roll out over the next five years.

People in the midlands are being asked to shape the future of public transport in the region. 

The Connecting Ireland Rural Mobility Plan contains proposals around area coverage, time-table flexibility and off-peak services to increase connection outside of big towns and cities. 

The Transport Authority is asking commuters to review plans and select what improvements should be prioritised for implementation over the next five years.
