Midlands towns and villages are collecting a host of prizes at the 2021 Tidy Towns Awards today.
The annual ceremony is underway at the RDS this lunchtime.
Abbeyleix has been named Ireland's Tidiest Small Town, while Geashill is officially the Tidiest Village in the country.
Ennis in Co. Clare has scooped the top prize as Ireland's Tidiest Town for 2021.

10 local communities received medals at the prestigious ceremony.
