Tullamore, Portlaoise and Mullingar Hospitals were all included in the survey.
Hospitals across the midlands have scored well among patients for care and admissions.
40 hospitals across the country participated in the National Inpatient Experience Survey.
Patients in Midland Regional Hospitals in Mullingar, Portlaoise and Tullamore were among those surveyed nationally by Your Experince.ie on how they felt treated during their time in hospital.
Both Mullingar and Tullamore scored an average of 8.2 out of 10 in quality of care provided on the ward, while Portlaoise is just behind on 8.
They also scored well on Admissions experience, with each hospital scoring above a 7.5.
The majority of patients in the facilities recorded a wait time of between 6 and 12 hours, with 3.5% patients in Portlaoise reporting they waited over 24 hours to be seen, the highest in the midlands.
In Tullamore, that figures comes to 3.2% and it's 1.3% in Mullingar.
Only Tullamore achieved over 30% of people waiting for less than 6 hours, with Mullingar and Portlaoise recording 29.5% and 27% of people respectively.
