Midlands Landowners Seek Tax Clarity On Shannon Pipeline

The project is due to begin construction in 2028. 

Landowners along the route of the proposed Shannon water pipeline want urgent clarity about how much tax they will be charged for the use of their land. 

Uisce Éireann, the Irish Farmers Association and the Irish Creamery Milk Suppliers Association reached agreement about the use of land from Tipperary to Dublin. 

Around 500 land owners are impacted by the project, which is due to begin construction in 2028.
