SIPTU say staff at Bord Na Mona's Edenderry Power Plant have agreed to a three-year pay deal.
Workers at Bord Na Mona's Edenderry Power Plant are voting unanimously in favour of a enhanced three-year pay deal.
SIPTU says that pay at the plant will rise by 3.75% in the first year, the same amount in the second, and by 3.5% per cent in year 3.
They also state employees are dedicated to ensuring they keep up maximum flexibility in the event of unpredictable circumstances.
Bord Na Mona says that won't claims on any cost increases until the deal expires in March 2028.
After a long running dispute, peat burning at the plant ceased in January 2024 where biomass is now being used.
They say any further matters will be dealt with through established industrial relations processes.
